How we work
This is the process we follow to find your perfect candidate

Register online
Fill in the required form online to begin the application process.

We find you the perfect candidate
You will receive CVs of potential candidates who have all been screened, reference checked and interviewed by us.

Scheduling of interviews
After reviewing the CVs we sent to you, you will choose who you would like to interview. Interviews will be arranged at a convenient time for you.

Candidate's details
Once you have chosen a candidate for your family, you will receive the candidates’ contact details, their background check, a copy of their ID and driver’s license and an employment contract.

Probation period begins
When the paperwork is in order, you will receive our invoice and the candidate will begin their probation period.

Two month guarantee
If you wish to replace your candidate within first two months, we will replace at no additional cost.
Pricing
Our placement fees are structured according to the duration that the
au pair/nanny/tutor is needed.
Our Story
We are two young professionals with BCom degrees in Human Resources. Between the two of us we have 10 years’ experience in the industry. After matriculating, we both started our journey by becoming au pairs and this is where our passion for children grew. Shortly afterwards, we both realised that we enjoyed working with people, and opened up Aupair Care Group.
